Comprehensive Visual Inspections

Inspection services include a helicopter and crew that use a combination of gyroscopically stabilized optical equipment and naked-eye methods to make their visual observations according to a very broad and all-inclusive system of condition reporting criteria. Several levels of detail are available from a general patrol to the comprehensive visual inspection. With our Comprehensive Visual Inspection (CVI), reportable conditions are recorded in a customized database and reported to the customer in a variety of printable and electronic formats. Our quality assurance inspection is also used for post construction projects. With this service, the utility is able to make virtually next day inspections of construction projects that enable repairs to be made on the spot versus testing the line at a later date and having to schedule contractors to return. To date Haverfield has inspected over 210,000 structures in the U.S. and abroad.
