Haverfield’s Project Managers (PMs) are the primary interface between our valued customers and our operational personnel. The PMs primary responsibility is to assure that each and every customer receives the best possible service throughout the duration of a project.
Prior to the beginning of a Project, the PMs work with our customer to clarify and define a Scope of Work to assure that Haverfield meets our customers’ expectations. As transmission line projects are often dynamic, this process continues for the life cycle of the project. Our PMs are tasked with assuring that Haverfield is able to modify, adapt, and overcome the unique challenges associated with a dynamic progress schedule.
Assisted by our online Project Tracking database, the Project Manager carefully monitor project progress to assure customer satisfaction and Haverfield’s goals. Projects are monitored on a daily basis with a lot of interaction between the PMs and our dedicated field personnel. The feedback loop continues with input from our customers and Haverfield’s operational management.
